A foreign trade agreement (contract) <*>;
License for the import of licensable goods if such licenses are established by the Belarusian legislation or international treaties of Belarus  <*>;
Notification of receiving excise stamps;
Three copies of obligating documents on the import of alcoholic beverages (tobacco products);
Documents that guarantee the payment of customs duties and taxes;
An invoice confirming the payment of excise duties;
A document showing the rank of the recipient of excise duties in case the recipient is the head of a legal body and his/her id;
A letter of authority to receive excise duties;
An id of the recipient of excise duties if the recipient is not the head of the legal body

5. Issuance of confirmation on the acceptance of unused (damaged) excise stamps for marking alcoholic beverages (tobacco products)

To return unused excise stamps you need to submit:
A written application of the importer;
An invoice.
To return damaged excise stamps you need to submit:
A hard copy and an electronic copy of documents providing information on the damaged excise stamps pasted on separate A4 or A3 sheets of paper

6. Making a decision on selling excise stamps for re-marking of imported alcoholic beverages with damaged excise stamps
