Brest customs officers found hiding with clothes in minibus
A 2002 Mercedes-Benz minibus with a commercial batch concealed in it was detained at Varshavsky Most republican point of customs clearance.
A resident of Brest followed from Poland. The 19-year-old driver chose the "green" corridor thus declaring the absence of goods for personal use, which are subject to declaration.
During the customs control, Brest customs officials established that over 300 undeclared articles of clothing (jackets, dresses, sweaters, skirts, hats) and jewelry (earrings, chains) were found in the structural cavities of the minibus and the hiding equipped in it.
The administrative proceeding was initiated against the citizen under Part 2 of Art. 14.1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus (movement of goods across the border with concealment from customs control).
