Chairman of the State Customs Committee introduced the head of Vitebsk Customs
The Chairman of the State Customs Committee Yury Senko introduced the head of Vitebsk Customs Pavel Lobachev to officials and command of the law enforcement agencies of the region.
Pavel Lobachev was born in Mogilev, graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and the Institute of National Security of the Republic of Belarus. He began his career in Mogilev Customs, while working there as an inspector of a customs post, he made his way to the deputy head of the customs for law enforcement work. He continued to serve in the State Customs Committee in the department of combat smuggling and administrative customs violations. Before being transferred to Vitebsk Customs, he held the position of head of the Central department for combat smuggling and post-customs clearance control of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the State Customs Committee noted that Vitebsk Customs activity was entirely aimed at optimizing customs processes, additional involvement of business entities and was intended to be one of the key elements of the state’s economic security.
Yury Senko also expressed confidence that under the command of Pavel Lobachev, the customs will continue to adequately fulfill the function assigned to it by the state and will be more than once in leading positions in the customs system.
