Customs officers stopped 3 attempts to move over 75 tons of grains without phytosanitary documents
Two trucks, followed from the Russian Federation to Belarus, contained 50 tons of barley; the third truck contained more than 25 tons of corn. During the inspection it was established that the goods were transported without phytosanitary certificates in violation of the requirements of the EAEU legislation.
The grain crops with a total estimated value of more than 27,000 Belarusian rubles were seized. Mogilev customs initiated the administrative process regarding this fact in accordance with Part 4. Art. 12.17 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
