Effective informatization of Belarusian Customs helps reduce the time for customs operations
40 information systems and 30 databases operate in the system of customs authorities of Belarus in customs transit, declaration of goods and vehicles by legal entities and individuals, analysis of the receipt of customs payments, automation of financial and economic activities of customs authorities and others function.
All information systems are integrated into the Unified Automated Information System of Customs Authorities. It is worth noting the National automated electronic declaration system, the automated subsystem "Customs Union transit", the automated information system for risk management, the central data warehouse of customs information, the functional subsystem for recording the movement of customs payments.
The Information and Computing Center, established on the basis of the Minsk Central Customs maintains these systems. Today it is a multifunctional hardware and software complex that includes more than 50 servers and more than 25 items of telecommunication equipment. All these ensure continuous work on interaction with interested agencies not only in the Republic of Belarus, but also with partners in the Eurasian Economic Union.
