For the first nine months of 2017, 12% of export declarations were issued in automatic mode
The use of automatic release of goods placed under the customs procedures for export and release for domestic consumption, lived up to the expectations of customs authorities and business entities.
So, in January-September of 2017 more than 44 thousand export declarations were released in automatic mode. This amounted to 12% of the total number of such declarations. At the same time, the average clearance time from the moment of acceptance of an electronic document by the customs authorities' information system to the automatic release of goods placed under the customs procedure for export is on average 1-2 minutes.
For the first nine months of 2017, the number of import declarations made in auto mode amounted to about 17.5 thousand. Registration in electronic form of goods produced for domestic consumption takes 5-6 minutes. The auto release of imports was about 5% of all import declarations.
The technologies introduced by the customs service correspond to best practices and allow improving the business environment in the state, increasing the efficiency of customs administration and expanding opportunities for business entities.Conducting experiments creates conditions for the full-scale implementation of innovations reflected in the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
