Opportunity to use full package of simplifications throughout EAEU has already been presented to 23 authorized economic operators
At the beginning of 2019, 23 business entities operating as an authorized economic operator were re-registered in accordance with the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union and were able to use an extended simplification package throughout the EAEU.
The transition period of the AEO to the new regime, enshrined in the new Customs Code, expires at the end of 2019.
Under current legislation, economic operators in the new status will be able to enjoy 16 simplifications, and previously there were five such benefits. The implementation of foreign economic activity in the status of an authorized economic operator is a convenient and promising opportunity for effective business.
Belarus has the most developed AEO network in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union: in the country, 326 organizations have the AEO status today.
