Information for companies entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus
A foreign company that signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus provides the following information to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus in advance (before the beginning of the price of the goods), but at least once a year in respect of goods imported (planned to be imported) to the Republic of Belarus (with the exception of road transport):
- price-list for the goods;
- list of importers of goods in the Republic of Belarus.
- Information is provided in paper form, as well as in the form of an electronic file in the format below.
In this case, the information in the electronic price-list must correspond to the information sent to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus on paper.

With regard to imported (planned to import) vehicles, information is provided to the Minsk central customs in the form of a notification in accordance with the annex to the Memorandum of Understanding on paper by means of a postal service or by e-mail.

Regardless of the categories of goods, the foreign company informs in advance the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of persons authorized to sign the above information, samples of their signatures, as well as a power of attorney with respect to these persons for the right to provide information to the customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus on behalf of the company certified by an apostille in accordance with the Hague Convention, abolishing the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents, of October 5, 1961.
In order to be able to use the information provided during customs control, we suggest to provide the above information to the addresses of the customs bodies of the Republic of Belarus in a timely manner.
