Today the Heads of customs services of Belarus and Uzbekistan have approved the terms of information cooperation and tomorrow they will sign a Protocol of cooperation on customs offenses fight.
During the negotiations, special attention was paid to the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the mutual trade promotion system of September 13, 2018.
The relevance of this issue is determined by the fact that in current conditions the priorities for the development of foreign trade are the processes aimed at reducing trade barriers, increasing efficiency and reducing the time for customs control and increasing trade between countries. These issues are introduced in the Agreement.
As a result of today's meeting, the Heads of customs administrations approved the Technical Conditions of communication, which are the basic document for the implementation of the Agreement.
Tomorrow a Protocol of cooperation on customs offenses fight will be signed. The practical implementation of the norms of the document will combat customs violations.
