YOU CAN NOT FILL OUT THE DECLARATION AND GO THROUGH THE "GREEN" CHANNEL ("green" corridor), IF:
goods for personal use (exceptions are ethanol and indivisible goods), customs value of which is not exceed EUR 1500 (for air travel - EUR 10 000), and the total weight of which is not more than 50 kilograms;
Indivisible goods for personal use are the goods for personal use the total weight of which is more than 35 kg consisting of one unit or one set of goods in disassemle, unassemble, incomplete or unfinish form, given that the goods have primary qualities of assembled, complete or finished articles. Completeness can be defined on the basis of information submitted by the manufacturer, seller or sender of the goods on the labels, products passport, guarantee coupons packing lists and other documents, based on conventional (traditional) application of such product or set of goods which is fit for their functional purpose.
alcoholic drinks and beer up to a maximum of 3 liters, 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars (cigarillos), or 250 grams of tobacco or the specified products in the range, total weight of which does not exceed 250 grams per one person who has reached the age of 18 years;
used goods for personal use in accordance with Annex 4 to the Agreement on the procedure for transfer of goods by natural persons for personal use across the customs border of the Customs Union and customs operations connected with their release, - irrespective of their customs cost and weight.
4) You have no unaccompanied luggage (including not-arrived luggage).
5) You transfer a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation to the country.
Departure from the Republic of Belarus
2)Exported goods are not prohibited or restricted for export.
3) Exported Belarusian rubles, foreign currency, traveler's checks are not declared and can be moved across the "green" channel ("green" corridor), if their total amount does not exceed 10 000 US dollars.
4) You transfer a vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation out of the country.
