The implementation of operational information allowed the staff of the Operational сustoms to establish the fact of importation of a batch of perfumes worth more than 760 thousand rubles without payment of customs duties to the republican budget.
The operatives searched the truck that arrived from the United Arab Emirates, which contained more than 3,500 units of perfumes among other goods.
Only in the accompanying documents there was no information about her, respectively, customs duties in the amount of 230 thousand Belarusian rubles were not paid.
On this fact, the Operational Customs initiated an administrative process in accordance with Part 1 of Article 15.5 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 30% of the value of the subject of an administrative offense. The carrier will also have to pay the missing payments.
