Gomel customs officers have established another fact of importation from Russia of a batch of foreign clothes, shoes and other consumer goods, information about customs clearance of which was missing moving to the territory of the EAEU.

The VOLVO truck of an individual entrepreneur from Gomel, in which goods were being transported, was stopped during special operations on the Belarusian-Russian border.

Upon identification, it was established that more than 27 thousand units of goods are imported without the required accompanying documents. Their total cost was over 450 thousand belarusian rubles.

Gomel customs has initiated an administrative process against an individual entrepreneur under Article 13.12 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 50% of the value of the subject of an administrative offense.
