The requests are accepted by officials of the departments of the Committee daily on weekdays from 09.00 till 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.On Saturday and Sunday the requests are accepted by on duty officials of The State Customs Committee in accordance with the schedule of duties.Advance registration for personal appointment is carried out by officials responsible for the organization of appointment.

Personal appointment is conducted by the Chairman of the SCC, Deputy-Chairman of the SCC, customs heads and their deputies and other authorized officials of customs authorities. Conducting personal appointment for qualified consideration of oral requests the officials of the structural subdivisions of customs authorities in accordance with their competence can be involved.
Personal appointment is conducted by customs officials in their workplaces.
By decision of the SCC management, customs heads, if it is necessary, away personal appointment can be arranged, as well as advance registration for it.
The Chairman of the State Customs Committee, customs heads approve the schedule of personal appointment, which shall contain the last names, first names and patronymics of customs officials, days, hours and place of personal appointment. Personal appointment is conducted in the order of precedence!
Heroes of Belarus, Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Labor, persons awarded the Order of Glory and Labour Glory of three degrees, deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, as well as deputies of local Councils of Deputies, invalids of the Great Patriotic war and labor invalids I and II group, pregnant women and visitors with kids are accepted out of turn.
The issues of the applicants, as far as possible, are resolved during a personal appointment. In cases where oral request cannot be resolved directly during personal appointment, it is presented to them in written form. Further their record, registration and consideration are conducted in the manner for written applications.
The record of received applications and the results of their consideration is made in the log book of visitors. The person, who conducts a personal appointment, is responsible for keeping the log book.
The personal appointment is organized:
- In the SCC - the officials of the Organizational and Analytical Department of the SCC;
- In customs – the officials who are responsible for personal appointment.
The official establishes the last name, first name and patronymic (if any), place of residence, place of work of the applicant and proposes to present the essence of request.
The Information about the applicant, the essence of the request and the results of it shall be fixed in the log book.
The official conducting the personal appointment, within his competence can take one of the following decisions:
Turn down the request, explaining the motives of the refusal and the procedure for appealing the decision;
Accept a written request, if the questions of the applicant require additional study or inspection, to explain why the request could not be considered at personal appointment.
If the resolution of the issue of the applicant is not within the competence of the customs authority, the officer, conducting the personal appointment, explains which organization can help.
