Belarusian customs officials have already identified 576 facts of non-compliance with the requirements for the timing of trucks ' departure from the Republic, stopping places for rest and refueling of vehicles during transit transport
Since the entry into force of the rules Resolution No. 171 Belarusian customs office revealed 576-compliance by drivers engaged in transit traffic, violations of the timing requirements of a problem outside the Republic, the list of roads set for traffic, and places of rest stops and refueling vehicles.

The customs authorities have sent appropriate notification letters to the carrier companies, and drivers are subject to administrative penalties in accordance with article 23.4 of the administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus, the sanction of which provides for the imposition of a fine of up to 50 basic units or administrative arrest.


In most cases, which is 90%, the legislation is violated by citizens of Belarus engaged in international transport who work for foreign carriers, registered in the European Union (Lithuania, Poland, Latvia) and in the Russian Federation.


Taking into account the constant increase in violations of the regulations, the customs authorities are considering applying additional measures to ensure compliance with the established rules to carriers that violate them, including customs escort of vehicles in transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

In addition, the customs code of the EEU provides that customs authorities have the right to carry out indirect monitoring of vehicles using technical means.
