Orlovsky Vladimir - Class III State Advisor Customs Service

Vladimir Orlovskiy was born in 1968 in Mogilev. He graduated from the Mogilev Engineering Institute (1993), the National Security Institute of the Republic of Belarus (2002), the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (2014). He began his career in 1988 at Mogilev Lift Plant. Vladimir Orlovskiy has been working in customs authorities since 1994. In Mogilev customs he was promoted from an inspector to a deputy head of customs for customs clearance and control. In period 2007-2010 Vladimir Orlovskiy worked as deputy head of Brest customs for customs clearance and control. From 2010 to 2014 he was head of the Department of Customs Control of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. From September 2014 to March 2015 he was head of Brest customs. In March 2015, Vladimir Orlovskiy was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. On June 9, 2016 he was named the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. On December 21, 2020 hewas named the Lidership of State customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Sergey Poluden was born in 1969 in Grodno. He graduated from Minsk Radio Engineering Institute (1993.), the Russian Customs Academy (2004.). He began the work activity in 1993 in customs authorities. In period 1993-2004 he took up different posts in Vitebsk customs. From 2004 to 2005 Sergey Poluden was head of the Customs Inspection of the State Customs Committee. From 2005 to 2011was appointed head of Management of tariff and customs payments of State Customs Committee. In April 2011, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. |

Aleksandr Bogdevich was born in 1973 in Grodno. He graduated from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno (1995), the Russian Customs Academy (2006). He has been working in customs authorities since 1997. Bogdevich Aleksandr started his service as an inspector of the Anti-smuggling in Grodno regional customs, and then worked as deputy head of the department of customs investigations. Later, he was appointed head of the department of customs inspection, then deputy head of Grodno regional customs office for economic work. In January 2013, he was redeployed to the Minsk regional customs office as deputy head of customs for economic activities. From December 2014 to March 2016 Aleksandr Bogdevich was head of Minsk regional customs. In March 2016, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. |
Svirid Nikolai

Nikolai Svirid was born in 1958 in village Stradichi in Brest district of Brest region. He graduated from the Belarusian Institute Engineers of Railway Transport (1985), the Russian Customs Academy (2000). He served in the Soviet Army. Nikolai Svirid has been working in customs authorities since 1980. He went from being an inspector to deputy head of Customs "Zapodny Bug". In the period from 1996 to 2007 he was appointed head of Brest customs, from 2007 to 2014 he was head of Mogilev customs, from 2014 to 2016 he headed Minsk central customs. Since October 2016 Svirid Nikolai is Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. |
