Two lots of undeclared spare parts for vehicles worth 250 thousand belarusian rubles were found by Brest customs officers

Two lots of undeclared spare parts for vehicles with a total cost of 250 thousand belarusian rubles were identified by Brest customs officers at the checkpoint «Kozlovichi».

In two cases, the goods were illegally intended to be moved across the Belarusian-Polish border to the territory of the Eurasian economic Union.

So, in the VOLVO, route from Germany to Russia, parts moved among the cargo, stated in the documents. Illegal "addition" of 360 units of cardan shafts and spare parts to them was detected using the X-ray inspection complex.

In the second case, the customs officers found undeclared 4 support rollers and 60 links of a tracked track in a MERCEDES car that was traveling with spare parts from Austria to Russia. Information about these products was also missing from the documents.

The customs payments for illegally moved goods, on which business entities intended to save money, totaled about 60 thousand belarusian rubles.

According to these facts, the Brest customs started administrative processes in accordance with part 1 of article 14.5 of the administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The sanction of this article provides for a fine of up to 30% of the cost of the subject of an administrative offense.
